Its tenant mix is focused on essential, necessity-based goods and services that drive multiple shopping trips per week. It specializes in shopping center ownership, management, acquisitions, and value-enhancing redevelopment activities. Its properties & leasing services include finding available space, signature series, re/development, specialty leasing, leasing programs, acquisitions & dispositions, and preferred equity & mezzanine financing. The Company has interests in approximately 568 United States shopping center properties, aggregating 101 million square feet of gross leasable area, located in 30 states.
