Reason
BMO Capital lowered the firm's price target on Strategic Education to $86 from $95 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company's Q1 results missed consensus, given softer-than-expected U.S. Higher Education segment revenues and margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds, however, that it believes growth rates could improve as the year progresses, though more on easier comps and less worse trends than underlying demand improvement.

Truist lowered the firm's price target on Strategic Education to $80 from $85 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares after its Q1 results. U.S. Higher Education Segment enrollment beat the firm's estimate and could return to y/y growth by the end of 2026, though the company also missed on both revenue and EPS, while the continued pressure on international enrollments in Australia and New Zealand drove a slightly less optimistic tone on FY6 top line outlook, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
