Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. is a full-service, vertically integrated real estate investment company. The Company is focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single and multi-tenant industrial properties, including distribution centers, warehouses, light industrial and small bay industrial properties, located in primary and secondary markets within the main industrial, distribution and logistics corridors of the United States. The Company, through its subsidiaries, wholly owns 134 industrial properties comprising 225 buildings with an aggregate of 30.0 million square feet, and its regional property management office building located in Columbus, Ohio, totaling 17,260 square feet. Its portfolio consists of holdings in various markets: Chicago, Cleveland, Memphis, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Boston, and Charlotte. Its Chicago, Illinois Portfolio includes 3940 Stern Street, St. Charles and 2600-2620 Commerce Drive, Libertyville.
