The segment offers pre-initial public offering (IPO) investment presentations materials for clients; manages due diligence investigations and peer industry analysis; designs marketing strategy and promotes the client's business, and others. Technology development, solutions and consultancy segment primarily includes digital development, fintech solution and software solutions. The Company's subsidiaries include V Capital Kronos Berhad, V Capital Quantum Sdn. Bhd., and V Capital Consulting Limited.
