DoorDash, Uber settle delivery fee cap suit with NYC, Bloomberg reports

Settlement Agreement: DoorDash, Uber, and Grubhub have agreed to settle a lawsuit against New York City regarding a 15% cap on commissions and fees charged to restaurants during the pandemic.
Future Provisions: The companies will withdraw their legal challenge once the city modifies the law and submits the final terms by December 31, allowing for a new fee structure with conditions for reopening the lawsuit if fees exceed certain limits.
