GFL Environmental Reports Q1 Revenue of $1.64B, Raises Full-Year Guidance

On the back of these acquisitions alone, we are raising our full-year guidance. Given the momentum in our base business, we remain well positioned to exceed this guidance. Our increased guidance does not include any upside from our proposed acquisition of SECURE Waste, which we expect to close in the latter half of the year. The transaction reinforces our goal of creating long-term equity value for our shareholders and is expected to meaningfully accelerate the achievement of the multi-year financial targets we outlined at our 2025 Investor Day, significantly benefiting both GFL and SECURE shareholders."
