The Company’s primary investment objective is to generate attractive, risk-adjusted returns for stockholders over the long term. It intends to achieve this objective primarily by originating, structuring and investing in its target assets. It primarily focuses on investments in the real estate sectors, including in the multifamily, SFR, self-storage and life science sectors, predominantly in the metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs).
