National Bank Holdings Corporation is a bank holding company. Through its bank subsidiaries, NBH Bank and Bank of Jackson Hole Trust, the Company operates a network of over 100 banking centers, serving individual consumers, small, medium and large businesses, and government and non-profit entities. Its banking centers are in Colorado, the greater Kansas City region, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, New Mexico and Idaho. Its segments include Commercial and Retail Banking; Mortgage Banking; Investment advisory and non-deposit, and Corporate. Its primary business is to provide deposit and lend products and services to its commercial and retail customers. The Mortgage Banking segment provides mortgage origination services for loans that will be sold to investors in the secondary market, consumer mortgage loans that will be held-for-investment, and consumer residential construction loans.
