National Bank Holdings Corporation is a bank holding company. Through its bank subsidiaries, NBH Bank and Bank of Jackson Hole Trust, the Company operates a network of over 100 banking centers, serving individual consumers, small, medium and large businesses, and government and non-profit entities. Its banking centers are in Colorado, the greater Kansas City region, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, New Mexico and Idaho. Its segments include Commercial and Retail Banking; Mortgage Banking; Investment advisory and non-deposit, and Corporate. Its primary business is to provide deposit and lend products and services to its commercial and retail customers.
