TPG (TPG) announced that Axel Andre has been named Partner and CFO of TPG, effective July 27. Andre will succeed Jack Weingart, who will transition fully into his position as the CEO of TPG's Global Wealth Solutions business, a role he added to his responsibilities last year focused on leading and building out the firm's wealth platform. Andre joins TPG from Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where he served as EVP and CFO, and was a member of the Executive Committee.

Reinsurance Group of America announced that Laura Cockrill has been named Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. She succeeds Axel Andre, who will leave the company on July 17 to pursue a new opportunity. Most recently, Cockrill served as Chief Strategy Officer and as a member of RGA's Executive Committee.
