MIPLYFFA (arimoclomol) is its approved therapy for the treatment of Niemann-Pick disease type C (NPC). OLPRUVA (sodium phenylbutyrate) is its treatment for the treatment of certain urea cycle disorders (UCDs). Celiprolol is its investigational clinical candidate for the treatment of Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (VEDS). KP1077 is its product candidate intended for the treatment of rare sleep disorders.
