Its product pipeline includes TTP399, TTP273, HPP737 and HPP593. The lead product candidate, cadisegliatin (TTP399), is an orally administered, small-molecule, liver-selective glucokinase activator (GKA) that is a potential adjunctive therapy to insulin for the treatment of type 1 diabetes (T1D). HPP737 is an orally administered, non-central nervous system (non-CNS) penetrant phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitor that addresses inflammatory diseases and offers the potential for an improved tolerability profile and efficacy over commercially available PDE4 inhibitors. TTP273 is an oral, small molecule, glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist being evaluated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
