Its portfolio consists of approximately 71 shopping centers, two outlet centers and two malls totaling approximately 17.4 million square feet of gross leasable area. Its shopping centers and malls are located in California, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Maryland, Massachusetts Puerto Rico.
