Immuneering Corporation is a clinical-stage oncology company. The Company is engaged in the development of medicines for cancer patients with universal-RAS therapy. The Company’s lead product candidate, IMM-1-104, is in under Phase I/IIa clinical trial in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring RAS mutations. IMM-1-104 is being developed as a once-daily oral monotherapy that aims to achieve universal-RAS activity through deep cyclic inhibition of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
