The Fund's primary investment objective is total return, with an emphasis on income through investment in securities issued by infrastructure companies. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in securities issued by infrastructure companies, which consist of utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, ports, telecommunications companies and other infrastructure companies. The Fund may not invest more than 25% of its managed assets in securities of issuers in any one industry, except for securities in infrastructure companies. The Fund may invest up to 25% of its managed assets in energy-related master limited partnerships (MLPs) and their affiliates and Canadian royalty trusts.
