VersaBank is a Canadian Schedule I chartered bank. It offers a receivable purchase program (RPP) funding solution for point-of-sale finance companies. It also owns DRT Cyber Inc., which provides the provision of cybersecurity services designed to address the growing volume of cyber threats challenging financial institutions, multinational corporations, and government entities.
