These include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (BD), major depressive disorder (MDD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavioral and psychotic symptoms of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease (BPSD), and Parkinson’s disease psychosis. Brilaroxazine is also ready for clinical development for two respiratory indications, including pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Its RP1208 drug candidate is a triple reuptake inhibitor (TRI).
