Dianthus Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company engaged in designing and delivering monoclonal antibodies with improved selectivity and potency. The Company is focused on developing complement therapeutics for patients living with severe autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Its advanced product candidate, DNTH103, is a clinical-stage, highly potent, selective and fully human monoclonal immunoglobulin G4 with picomolar binding affinity that is designed to selectively bind only to the active form of C1s.
