RLX Technology announced that its board of directors has authorized the extension of its existing share repurchase program for an additional 24-month period through December 31, 2027. The existing share repurchase program was established in December 2021 and extended in December 2023. Under the current share repurchase program, the company may repurchase up to $500M of its ordinary shares represented by ADSs until December 31. Under the extended share repurchase program, the company may repurchase up to approximately $170M of the ADSs through December 31, 2027.
