Wintrust Financial Board Members Not Seeking Re-Election
Wintrust Financial announced board members Patrick Hackett and William Doyle will not stand for re-election and will conclude their service at the annual meeting of shareholders to be held May 28. It is anticipated that Brian Kenney, a Wintrust board member since 2023, will succeed Hackett as chairman of the board, pending his re-election at the annual meeting.
