Irenic Capital Builds Stake in SPS Commerce and Pushes for Sale
Activist investor Irenic Capital Management has built a stake in SPS Commerce and is pushing the supply chain software maker to explore options including a sale, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Liana Baker. The hedge fund has engaged with the board and management, urging them to conduct a strategic review, said the sources.
