The St. Joe Company (JOE) "announces a new builder relationship and execution of a contract for homesites with national home builder PulteGroup ( PHM)-the third largest homebuilding company in the nation, with a diversified portfolio serving a broad range of buyers. Plans call for these new homesites to be located in two gated communities along Highway 388, east of State Road 79 near Watersound(R) West Bay Center. Both communities are planned within the Pigeon Creek Detailed Specific Area Plan, which was approved by Bay County in 2025."

The Department of Justice could open the probe in the coming weeks, with a potential focus on how information is shared through the Leading Builders of America trade group, sources told Bloomberg. The White House has grown concerned that the trade group could be used to restrict housing supply or coordinate pricing, the people added. Lennar and DR Horton are members of the group, Bloomberg notes. Publicly traded companies in the homebuilder space include Beazer Homes, D.R. Horton, Hovnanian, KB Home, Lennar, M.D.C. Eligible patients can bring their printed discount cards and savings can be applied at the pharmacy counter. In addition, CVS Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy partner for NovoCare and was the first to build a streamlined NovoCare enrollment experience. CVS Specialty Pharmacy also supports patients accessing reduced pricing on fertility medication via the TrumpRx Fertility program.

PulteGroup announced the appointment of Kristin Gannon, Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, as a new independent director to its Board, effective February 10, 2026. Gannon will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Audit Committee.
