NerdWallet Expands Share Repurchase Program to $125 Million
NerdWallet announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $50M for the Company's share repurchase program to repurchase its Class A common stock. With this increase, the Company's total repurchase authorization now amounts to up to $125M of Class A common stock, which may be repurchased from time to time as market conditions warrant.
