National Research Corporation, dba NRC Health, announced that its Board of Directors authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $60M of the company's outstanding common stock through March 31, 2028.

The company states: "National Research Corporation announced that it has surpassed $152 million in Total Recurring Contract Value - TRCV - as of March 4, 2026, representing an all-time high in the metric for NRC Health. TRCV represents the amount of revenue projected to be recognized over the next 12 months from renewable contracts and is calculated consistent with the definition previously disclosed in the company's periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission."

National Research Corporation announced the appointment of Shane Harrison as its incoming executive VP and CFO, effective on or about September 25. He most recently served as senior VP finance and investor relations at PowerSchool, a K-12 education SaaS provider, since 2022.

Reports Q2 revenue $34.04M vs. $35.02M last year. CEO Trent Green commented: "We're encouraged by our second-quarter results, which demonstrate continued momentum across key areas of our business. In my early weeks as CEO, I've been energized by feedback from both current and prospective customers, particularly their enthusiasm for our product portfolio and appreciation for the service mindset of our associates."
