Lockheed Martin was awarded a $200.82M cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the delivery of comprehensive support services to Surface Combat Systems Training Command in support of AEGIS training requirements under Foreign Military Sales cases for Australia, Canada, Japan, Norway, South Korea, and Spain. Specifically, the contractor will provide program management support for all assigned FMS cases. This procurement includes program management support, contractor instructor and subject matter expert services, development and maintenance of a curriculum, development of technology and training tools for interactive courseware, and preparation of technical documentation. Work is expected to be completed in June 2031. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was non-competitively competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Command is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin was awarded an undefinitized contract action with a not-to-exceed value of $180M for international contractor logistics support services under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support Foreign Military Sales customers and cooperative agreement partners for High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and Multiple Launch Rocket System programs. Bids were solicited online, with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of May 30, 2031. Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin is awarded a $100,455,916 firm-fixed-price order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement. This order procures 1,459 brake assembly heat sinks, including 1,075 for the F-35A Lightning II conventional takeoff and landing aircraft and 384 for the F-35B Lightning II short takeoff and vertical landing aircraft in support of depot-level brake repairs.

The Javelin Joint Venture, a partnership between Raytheon, an RTX (RTX) business, and Lockheed Martin (LMT), has delivered the first Lightweight Command Launch Units to the U.S. Army. The LWCLU, a next-generation launcher for the Javelin weapon system, is designed to be adaptable and compatible with all current, past and future Javelin variants. The launcher is replacing the weapon system's legacy command launch unit. To date, Raytheon has invested $22M to modernize the LWCLU factory to increase speed of production and expand capacity. In collaboration with the U.S. Army, the facility in Tucson, Arizona is ramping annual production.
