The Company’s product candidates are ALXN1840, MNPR-101, MNPR-101-Zr, MNPR-101-Lu, and MNPR-101-Ac. The Company’s Wilson disease product candidate is ALXN1840, a late-stage, investigational once-daily, oral medicine. Its radiopharmaceutical program consists of MNPR-101, a proprietary humanized monoclonal antibody that is being developed across multiple product candidates conjugated with different radioisotopes, for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. MNPR-101-Zr is the Company’s clinical-stage radiodiagnostic imaging agent comprised of MNPR-101 conjugated to zirconium-89. MNPR-101-Lu is its clinical-stage radiotherapeutic comprised of MNPR-101 conjugated to lutetium-177.
