Annexon, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company advancing a late-stage clinical platform of novel therapies for people living with devastating classical complement-mediated neuroinflammatory diseases of the body, brain, and eye. It identifies and characterizes the role of the classical complement pathway in three therapeutic areas: autoimmune, neurodegeneration and ophthalmology, using its proprietary platform.
