Apollo Global Management (APO) is teaming up with Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC and nearing a deal to buy Atlantic Aviation from KKR (KKR) in transaction that would value the private jet fixed-base operator at almost $10B, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's David Carnevali and Ryan Gould.
