Orla Mining's stock fell by 7.92% after Fairfax Financial Holdings sold C$441.1 million worth of shares, causing the stock to cross down its 5-day SMA.
Fairfax sold 25 million common shares at C$17.6435 each, reducing its ownership stake in Orla to approximately 9.4% of the issued shares. Despite this drop, the stock has more than doubled year-to-date, indicating strong overall performance.
