Its four clinical programs consist of Tivoxavir marboxil, Ratutrelvir (TRX0), Narazaciclib, and Rigosertib. Tivoxavir marboxil is a small-molecule cap-dependent endonuclease inhibitor. Ratutrelvir (TRX01) is an inhibitor of the main protease (also known as 3CL protease) of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. arazaciclib is its oral CDK4-plus inhibitor intended initially to treat breast cancers, endometrial and other cancers. Rigosertib is its second asset in oncology.
