Its product, JOTROL, has many potential indications of use for rare diseases, which primarily targets Mucopolysaccharidoses Type 1, Friedreich's Ataxia, and Mitochondrial Encephalopathy, Lactic Acidosis, and Stroke-like episodes (MELAS). In the larger disease areas, it primarily targets Parkinson’s Disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment/early Alzheimer’s disease. The Company has designated the different indications with project numbers, JNS101 - JNS115. JOTROL is a micellar non-aqueous solution of resveratrol delivered in a soft gel capsule. Each capsule includes 100mg of resveratrol. It has a worldwide license from Aquanova AG, the patent holder of micellar technologies, to develop, manufacture, distribute and sell JOTROL.
