Xcel Brands announced the sale of luxury fine jewelry brand Judith Ripka in a transaction valued at approximately $3M. "I am pleased to have found an outstanding strategic buyer to continue the legacy of this luxury fine jewelry brand. I am excited to see the new vision of Judith Ripka fine jewelry. This is an exciting moment for Xcel as we continue to leverage our deep experience in video commerce to build influencer-led brands around their millions of followers," said Robert D'Loren, chairman and CEO of Xcel Brands.

Reports Q4 revenue $1.17M vs. $1.21M last year. Robert W. D'Loren, Chairman and CEO of Xcel commented, " I am pleased with the progress we are making with our legacy brands and all of our new influencer led brands. These new influencer led brands will be launching throughout 2026." He further commented, "the Company is on track to return to profitability, and we expect to achieve our goal of total brand portfolio reach of 100M social media followers across our brands".
