Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 43c per share on its common stock, payable March 30 to shareholders of record as of March 20. The cash dividend represents a 5% increase from the 41c per share quarterly dividend paid during 2025.

Wyndham Hotels announced that following a search process, Amit Sripathi has been appointed CFO, effective immediately. Sripathi, who most recently served as the company's chief development officer - North America, succeeds Kurt Albert who has served as interim CFO since November. Additionally, the company has named David Wilner, a 30-year franchise sales veteran, as chief development ifficer - North America. Both will report to Geoff Ballotti, president and CEO.

Backs FY26 revenue view $1.46B-$1.49B, consensus $1.49B. Backs FY26 year-over-year rooms growth 4%-4.5%, year-over-year global RevPAR growth (1.5%)-0.5%, adjusted EBITDA $730M-$745M.The company said, "In conjunction with this announcement, Wyndham has reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook provided in its fourth-quarter 2025 earnings materials, released on February 18, 2026."
