Predactiv announced a new integration with LiveRamp that enables brands and organizations using offline data to responsibly onboard and translate that data into secure and interoperable identifiers for activation within The Predactiv Data Platform. This release marks a significant expansion of the types of data that can be enabled within Predactiv's ecosystem. Organizations are no longer restricted by PII when it comes to leveraging data enablement opportunities with The Predactiv Data Platform and can now benefit from all platform features, including the company's newly launched Lookalike Modeling feature. By enabling secure identity resolution workflows, Predactiv now supports a broader universe of data owners seeking to transform first-party PII assets into monetizable, privacy-safe data products.

LiveRamp announced a partnership with Scowtt, the AI-powered advertising optimization platform, to integrate Scowtt's predictive AI models into LiveRamp's data collaboration platform. "LiveRamp is committed to helping our customers harness the cutting edge of AI tools, both within our platform, as well as through our extensive data collaboration network of integrations and partners," said Dave Eisenberg, chief strategy officer at LiveRamp.

LiveRamp announced that its Board of Directors increased the Company's share repurchase authorization by $200 million to $1.5 billion and extended the expiration by one year to December 31, 2027. With this program expansion, the Company has approximately $337 million currently available for share repurchases through the end of calendar 2027. Commenting on the announcement, CFO Lauren Dillard said, "We are highly confident in LiveRamp's long-term growth outlook and believe the current share price materially undervalues both our business and our role in an increasingly AI-driven ecosystem. Recent market dislocation reflects broader concerns about software displacement by AI, but we see the opposite dynamic at work - AI is data-hungry, and LiveRamp operates the largest and most interoperable data network in our space. With a strong balance sheet and durable cash flow generation, we have significant capacity to act on this disconnect by accelerating our share repurchase program over the coming months."
