10/24 16:39
Manhattan Bridge Capital announces Q3 EPS of 11 cents, down from 12 cents a year ago.
Reports Q3 revenue $2.04M vs. $2.31M last year. Assaf Ran, chairman of the board and CEO of the company, stated, "The good news is that paid off loans during the third quarter exceeded our average, reflecting the strength and high quality of our loans even in rough times. However, the slow real estate markets in the geographic areas in which we operate causes longer time to redevelopment. Thus the decline in revenue and income. We continue to work tirelessly to deploy the available funds into safe and secure loans."

Manhattan Bridge Capital reports Q2 EPS 12c vs. 12c last year
Reports Q2 revenue $2.4M vs. $2.4M last year. Assaf Ran, CEO, stated, "Interest rates are still weighing on the real estate markets; therefore, we're experiencing a slower pace of loan closings versus our typical pace, and longer loan terms, reflected by a higher amount of extended loans over the initial ultra short term of one year. Yet, we managed to deliver another quarter with net earnings of $0.12."
04/24 07:06
Manhattan Bridge Capital reports Q1 EPS 12c vs 13c last year
Reports Q1 revenue $2.274M vs $2.573M last year. Assaf Ran, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, stated, "The first quarter of 2025 began with an optimistic consensus among the real estate investor community. However, due to the delays in the reduction of interest rates and global economic uncertainty, we now sense some concerns about the likelihood of an immediate recovery of the real estate market. Again, thanks to our low leverage, strict underwriting, and strong relationships with our borrowers, we believe that we remain well-positioned to navigate these challenges."
