KB Home announced the opening of Enclaves and Reserves at Cloudbreak Ridge, two new communities within Summerlin's La Madre Peaks Village in Las Vegas, Nevada. "With Enclaves and Reserves at Cloudbreak Ridge, we're introducing two new communities in a gated and highly desirable location in Las Vegas. The communities offer beautiful mountain and city views, and homeowners will have access to Summerlin's resort-style amenities, including Grand Park, a 100-acre park and town center," said Jim McDade, President of KB Home's Las Vegas division. In a regulatory filing, the company stated, "On April 29, 2026, Robert Dillard, KB Home's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, resigned from his position, effective May 8, 2026. Dillard's decision was not related to any disagreement with KB Home or its financial or accounting policies or practices."
