Jiayin Group announced the record date and payment date of cash dividends. The company approved the declaration and payment of cash dividends of 20c per ordinary share, or 80c per ADS. Holders of the company's ordinary shares shown on the company's record at the close of trading on July 14 will be entitled to these dividends. Payments of dividends are expected on or around July 18. Dividends to the company's ADS holders are expected to be paid on or around July 24 and will be subject to the terms of the deposit agreement by and among the company and the depositary, and the holders and beneficial owners of ADSs issued thereunder, including the fees and expenses payable thereunder. The aggregate amount of cash to be distributed for the dividends is expected to be approximately $41.1M.

Jiayin Group announced that it entered into a definitive agreement on December 17, 2024 to purchase certain commercial property located in Shanghai, China of approximately 43,500 square meters for total cash consideration of approximately RMB1.35B. The completion of the purchase is subject to customary closing conditions. The Commercial Property will primarily be used as the company's new headquarters to meet the demand arising from the continuing growth of the company's businesses.
