Fed approves UMB Financial application to acquire Heartland Financial
The Federal Reserve Board announced its approval of the application by UMB Financial Corporation (UMBF), of Kansas City, Missouri, to acquire Heartland Financial USA (HTLF), and thereby indirectly acquire HTLF Bank, both of Denver, Colorado.
