Quarterly live-streaming viewership hit 17B hours watched, but excluding TikTok Live it basically held steady with a 0.2% increase from Q4 2025. The events bringing in the most viewership included the Kings League World Cup Nations with a massive 2.2M peak viewers and game showcases like Sony's State of Play for February with a peak of 2.1M viewers. Among gaming mainstays, World of Warcraft surged with the Midnight expansion release, while Fortnite backslid as Extraction Shooters rose. GameSquare Holdings announced it repurchased nearly 2.3M shares of its common stock during the month of April for approximately $1.0M, representing an average price of approximately $0.44 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $11.5M remaining under its current authorization, which was expanded on April 14, 2026. Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of over 7.3 million shares of its common stock for $3.5 million, representing an average price of approximately $0.47 per share.

GameSquare Holdings (GAME) announced that its wholly owned esports organization FaZe Esports, has partnered with CORSAIR Gaming (CRSR) The three-year, seven-figure agreement, is centered on developing and delivering best-in-class, professional-grade esports hardware. CORSAIR and FaZe Esports will work together to advance a dedicated pro line of products designed specifically for competitive players, incorporating direct player feedback, testing insights, and iterative product enhancements to optimize in-game performance. Under the partnership, CORSAIR becomes the exclusive mouse, keyboard, headset, and mousepad partner of FaZe Esports and will receive jersey sleeve placement and category exclusivity across team integrations. The companies will collaborate on co-developed content, digital campaigns, live event activations, and online fan experiences, as well as esports product development and customization initiatives for FaZe fans. The collaboration connects one of the most recognized and successful esports teams with one of the industry's leading performance hardware providers.
