GameSquare Holdings repurchased over 1.5M shares of its common stock during the month of February for $499,137, representing an average price of approximately $0.33 per share. Following this transaction, the Company has approximately $2.5M remaining under its current authorization. Consistent with its capital allocation priorities, GameSquare intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock. Since October 2025, the Company has repurchased a total of 5.05M shares of its common stock for $2.5M, representing an average price of approximately $0.49 per share.

GameSquare announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with BENlabs to acquire TubeBuddy, an AI-enabled software and workflow platform for creators and brands focused on optimizing YouTube channel performance and audience growth. Under the terms of the asset purchase agreement, GameSquare will acquire the assets of the TubeBuddy business. In exchange, GameSquare issued 5M shares of its newly designated Series A-2 Preferred Stock to BENlabs as part of the transaction.
