The occupancy rate was 76.1% for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with 77.0% for the same period of 2024 and 80.2% for the third quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, our retail business sustained strong growth momentum: full-year revenue reached RMB3.7 billion, representing 67.0% year-over-year growth.
