Jana Partners Acquires Over 10% Stake in Alkami, Pushes for Sale
Activist investor Jana Partners has amassed an economic stake of more than 10% in Alkami and wants the financial technology company to engage with multiple interested parties to move forward with a sale, a person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Mengqi Sun. Jana is expected to disclose its latest stake in Alkami in an updated 13D filing on Monday, the source added.
