It has a diverse portfolio of products and product candidates, which includes pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial stage assets. Its active commercial products and development assets include MIPLYFFA, OLPRUVA, Celiprolol, KP1077IH, KP1077N and AZSTARYS. MIPLYFFA (arimoclomol) is its approved therapy for the treatment of Niemann-Pick disease type C (NPC). OLPRUVA (sodium phenylbutyrate) is its treatment for the treatment of certain urea cycle disorders (UCDs). Celiprolol is its investigational clinical candidate for the treatment of Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (VEDS). KP1077 is its product candidate intended for the treatment of rare sleep disorders. KP1077N is a clinical development candidate for narcolepsy. AZSTARYS is for the treatment of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder.
