The Cadvancing novel investigational oral small-molecule antiviral agents that have potent activity against difficult to treat or resistant virus strains that threaten human health: bird flu and seasonal influenza, and COVID-19/Long COVID. Ratutrelvir (TRX01) is an inhibitor of the main protease (also known as 3CL protease) of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. arazaciclib is its oral CDK4-plus inhibitor intended initially to treat breast cancers, endometrial and other cancers. Rigosertib is its second asset in oncology.
