Amplify Energy Corp. is an independent oil company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation, and production of oil. The Company's oil properties are located in mature oil reservoirs. The Company's operations are focused on Beta (Pacific Outer Continental Shelf) and Bairoil (Rockies). The Company's Bairoil complex includes wells and properties primarily located in the Lost Soldier and Wertz fields in Bairoil Wyoming complex. The Company's offshore properties, also known as the Beta fields, include: two wellbore production platforms and one production handling and processing platform. The Beta properties also include the San Pedro Bay Pipeline Company, which owns and operates a 16- inch diameter oil pipeline that extends approximately 17.5 miles from the processing platforms to the Beta pump station located onshore at the Port of Long Beach, California.
