In a regulatory filing, Morgan Stanley (MS) Investment Management noted that it is the delegated sponsor of the Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust, an exchange-traded fund that issues common shares of beneficial interest that are anticipated to be listed on NYSE Arca, and that Bank of New York Mellon (BK) and Coinbase Custody Trust Company (COIN) are the bitcoin custodians for the Trust and will hold all of the Trust's bitcoin on the Trust's behalf.
