Its lead product candidates include darovasertib (PKC), IDE397 (MAT2A), IDE849 (DLL3), IDE275 / GSK959 (Werner Helicase), IDE161 (PARG), and IDE705 / GSK101 (Pol Theta Helicase). IDE196, a small-molecule protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor, in combination with crizotinib, an investigational cMET inhibitor. IDE397 is its small-molecule methionine adenosyltransferase 2a (MAT2A) inhibitor. IDE275 (GSK959) Werner Helicase (WRN) inhibitor for patients having tumors with MSI-High. IDE161 (PARG) is a small-molecule poly (ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase, or PARG, inhibitor. IDE705 is a small-molecule inhibitor of Pol Theta Helicase, in combination with niraparib, the GSK small-molecule inhibitor of poly-(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP).
