Evercore ISI Maintains Outperform Rating on Enovis with $40 Price Target

Evercore ISI analyst Vijay Kumar notes that Enovis pre-announced Q4 earnings ahead of its scheduled presentation at the JPMorgan conference later today. Q4 revenues are expected to be 3% below Street expectations implied by the mid-point of the revenue range, but the implied "solid" 11% EPS beat for Q4 hints that higher margin recon did well in the quarter, the analyst tells investor. With the company pointing to a greater than 25% free cash flow conversion rate, cash flow is set to improve in FY26, notes the analyst, who thinks "one of the big bear debates on the stock is set to abate and bodes well" for Enovis, on which the firm maintains an Outperform rating and $40 price target.
