Investment Agreement: Ellomay Capital has entered into an investment agreement with Clal Insurance for approximately EUR52M, establishing a new Israeli limited partnership where Ellomay will hold 51% and Clal 49%.
Project Transfer and Conditions: The partnership will wholly own a Luxembourg entity that will receive shares from seven Italian solar project companies, with the transaction subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
