The Company conducts business activities principally through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Chrome Fields I, Inc. and Chrome Fields II, Inc., which are engaged in the operation of golf courses and selling of merchandise and food and beverages, respectively. The Company owns and operates two public golf country clubs in Florida that each features a golf-club, consisting of over 289 acres of multiservice recreational property.
