The Company’s primary business is operating data centers, the computing power of which is used for high performance computing (HPC) and generating hashrate which is sold to mining pools and then used for the mining of cryptocurrencies. The mining pools acquire the hashrate from HIVE based on a Full Pay-Per-Share (FPPS) payout model. Its twin-turbo engine infrastructure-driven by hashrate services and graphic processing units (GPUs)-accelerated artificial intelligence (AI) computing.
